One conversation.
One hill.
Side-by-side.
This mountain clears what the office cannot.
I’m Jason. I’ve spent years coaching high-functioning executives — people who are good at appearing fine.
I don’t use a room. I use a climb. Three days in Italy, on a bike, at altitude. By the time we reach the top, you’ll have said something you’ve never said before. Possibly something you’ve never even thought.
I don’t know what it will be. I know exactly how to get you there
The climb
We ride. We climb. I drop back. Time on this climb does something — you stop managing the conversation and start having one. There’s no agenda, no framework. This does something no office ever could.
The dialogue
I ask questions and wait. Sometimes silence, sometimes not. You speak when you are ready. You already know the answer.
The view
Most people arrive at the top and say the same thing. I'd already decided. I just needed to hear myself say it.. They leave having admitted something real. They then move on.
The mountain, the silence, the drop-back, the moving forward, the descent — that’s the mechanism.
Three days. A mountain. The thing you’ve never said, said.

We ride. We talk.
I drop back.
You move forward.
