Questions worth asking.
kLae is a coaching practice for people who are successful on paper but looking for something different.
Coaching is a conversation built around you.
We start with what’s on your mind, explore what matters and question what you might be taking for granted. I’ll listen, ask questions and give you space to think.
There’s no prescribed route or advice to follow.
The aim is to help you see things more clearly and decide what you want to do about them.
kLae Coaching is a clarity-focused practice for: leaders, founders, creatives, scientists and other people who think for a living.
People often arrive here after searching for an executive coach, a founder coach, or someone to help with a difficult decision. They usually stay because the question turned out to be different.
Founded by ICF-trained coach Jason Peter Edwards, kLae works online and in person from Verona, Italy.

Sometimes talking things through with someone who isn't invested in the outcome helps you see what you can't see on your own.
Coaching gives you time and space to think, question your assumptions and explore what matters to you.
Not to be told what to do, but to work out what you think.
-
Not what you think you should think, or what other people expect you to say.
What do you actually think?
It’s surprisingly easy to lose sight of your own view among advice, expectations and the arguments you’ve built for yourself.
Coaching gives you room to find it.
-
Not what looks good on paper, keeps everyone happy or makes the most sense to other people.
What do you want?
You don't need to have a polished answer before we start.
Working out what matters to you is part of the conversation.
-
There may be a conversation you haven't had, a decision you keep putting off or something you’d rather not look at too closely.
There may not be.
We can explore what's getting in the way without assuming we already know the answer.
-
What if things carried on much as they are? Would that be fine?
Or would something quietly continue to bother you?
Sometimes looking at the cost of staying where you are is more revealing than imagining a completely different future.
-
The career, the expectations, the version of success you're working towards.
How much of it did you choose, and how much did you inherit along the way?
There's nothing wrong with other people's ideas.
It's worth knowing whether they still fit you.
-
Not at all.
You don't need to be in crisis, unhappy or looking for a major change.
Sometimes everything looks fine from the outside, but something doesn't quite fit anymore.
Coaching can be useful before you know there's a problem — or even whether there's a problem to solve.
