What Happens

We start at your door. On foot, by bike, or both. We talk when it’s useful and go quiet when it isn’t. We stop for coffee. We keep going. By the end of the day, the thing you’ve been avoiding will have a name.

No agenda. No workshop energy. No circle of chairs.

Just movement, a question, and enough time.

One full day — approximately 6 hours with breaks.

Starts and ends in where you are.

On foot, by bike, or a mix of both — we decide together based on what the day needs

Includes a pre-session call so we arrive with intention, not cold.

A note on location

Some places do something to your thinking. Long roads. Open landscape. Cityscape. Enough to hear yourself.

I’ve been riding and walking through problems for years — in the Italian hills, in cities, on coastlines. The location matters less than the movement. We find the right road wherever you are.
