Something isn’t moving. Not because you don’t know. You probably do.
Knowing and doing aren’t the same thing. The gap is where the work happens.

Stopped performing the role and began to observe it.
Made clearer decisions in six months than in the previous six years.
That’s the sequence. It had to happen in that order.
1 — stopped performing.
2 — stepped back, observed.
3 — moved.
4 — kept moving.
I’ve been going up hills since I was a kid in Wales. It was the only way out of the valley.
It still is.
With different questions at the top.
Nobody wants coaching.
They want clarity.
